Bookworm Festival Day 2

Bookworm Festival Day 2

Date: 21/01/2020

On the second day of the Bookworm Festival, students became writers and wrote their own storybooks. Not only did they come up with original story content, but they also illustrated and handmade their unique story book. Their storybooks came in different forms- folded mini books, swirly book on toilet rolls, traditional bound books, you name it!  After sharing their own stories with one another, students and teacher all voted for the story that they like. The outstanding pieces will be showcased in the Entrance Lobby as an encouragement to our talented writers.

On the other hand, the Cross-disciplinary Reading Corner remained crowded, during Recess Time, students rushed to the school hall just to read the books that they like.

As for tomorrow, it will be the last day of the Bookworm Festival, we anticipate students becoming their favourite book characters and invite everyone into their imaginative world of reading!
