The TWGHs Pass It On Project

To reinforce students’ understanding of the vision and core values of TWGHs, the project‘TWGHs Pass It On’ was held by the the Civic Education network among TWGHs primary schools.

Representatives from Class 5A in the 2018-2019 academic year were invited. Namely, Au Oi Wan, Chan Chun Ho, Chen Lok Sze, Cheung Yui Yan, Wong Wai Yin, Zhan So Ki, Yeung Franky, Cheung Yui Fong.

TWGHs Historical Storytelling Competition and TWGHs Pass It On Ceremony

  • Historical Storytelling and Cultural Heritage Pass On Ceremony

  • Dramatic Duologue - ‘Woman with a mission’was presented by Class 4A Poon Sze Yin and Suen Tsz Long. The story was about how a woman moved the director of TWGHs to purchase a pharmacy when she donated all her lifelong savings.

The Cultural Exchange Trip to Kai Ping and Xin Hui  

The Cultural Exchange Trip to Kai Ping and Xin Hui was held on 11th and 12th April,2019. Eight representatives from P.5 were sent to learn about the burial ministry of TWGHs in China. The group provided homecoming burial services for overseas Chinese who died abroad, in which the ashes of the deceased would be sent back to the hometown in China. Besides, representatives learnt about the stories of overseas Chinese workers who rooted again in China, as well as the history of the stronghold towers in Kai Ping, etc.
