Date:	9 June 2020(Tuesday) and 10 June 2020(Wednesday)
	11 June 2020(Thursday)-reserve day

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

 

In order to reduce the gathering of people and maintain socilal distancing, the EDB will arrange the parents of applicant children who are allocated to the same scholl to register in 4 different timeslots according to the last digit of the applicant children’s POA application number. Details are as follows:

Parents who cannot register within the above specified period and time can register on11 June 2020 (Thursday) at 9:00a.m. to 12 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 4:00p.m.

 

Please bring along

1. The Registration Form
2. The original and photocopy of your child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate
3. Original and copy of the proof of identification documents: 
   1. Born in China: One-way permit, Birth Certificate or other proof documents
   2. Born overseas: Birth Certificate, Passport or Proof of Residence
4. Copy of identity document of applicant’s parents /guardian
5. Proof of Residence (a water or electric bill)
6. 1 passport-size recent photographs of the child
7. Copy of the Central Allocation Application Form
